El nombre de la banda hace referencia al libro de Holden Caulfield, The Catcher in the Rye. El grupo realizo este Ep de su album debut a principios del 2008. Su estilo Alternativo/Emo Rock se asemeja a: Anberlin, Armor for Sleep y Paramore, lo cual no sorprende pues sus miembros tiene influencias muy fuertes de ellos. Asi como su comparativas su musica tambien es muy energetica.
